Today I made some lovely little chocolate cakes. They’re called “double chocolat” because they use two kinds of chocolate for the cake part, as well as the cream.
Today I introduced a friend to the cooking studio and we did a lesson together. We made small pastries shaped like “omelettes” with chocolate, matcha (powdered green tea), and chestnuts.
Today the teacher had us make crêpes. It went pretty well all things considered though my first attempts were atrocious. By the end though I finally got the hang of it and now I can make crêpes for my family!
